Which software do you support?
SLURM, PBS Pro, Bright Cluster Manager, OpenHPC, BeeGFS, Lustre, NVIDIA CUDA/GPU Operator, InfiniBand (Mellanox/NVIDIA), OpenMPI, Intel MPI, OpenFOAM, ANSYS, LS-DYNA and other common HPC software. We can evaluate support for software not on this list.
Do you support systems not installed by Mevasis?
Yes. We provide technical support for HPC systems installed by others. At the first visit we perform a system audit to assess the current state and define the scope of support.
Is a maintenance contract required, or can I get one-off support?
Both are possible. For one-off project-based support we bill hourly. For ongoing support, a monthly or annual retainer is usually more economical and includes a priority response time guarantee.
